He used to eat American cheese but I no longer buy it anymore. I have been known to buy provel which is practically the same thing, but I try not to buy processed cheese. I think I don't like the texture. I will say though that I'm making chili tonight and I was tempted to buy velveeta so that I could make some chili dip with it. It does melt better. ;^)
